| Duty & tax | Prepaid for US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia and Japan. Confirmed on your invoice everywhere else. |
| Tracking not moving? | Allow one business day after payment for the first scan to appear. |
Returns & warranty
Thirty days, two years
30-day returns. Unused, in the original case, for a full refund. You cover return postage unless the item arrived faulty.
2-year frame warranty. Covers hinge failure, frame cracking in normal use, coating delamination and grip-component failure. It does not cover cleaning scratches, lost pairs or impact damage — but spare lenses and parts are cheap and available.
